Yup Yup Finally Almond Pancakes :)

Tasted Fantabulous….I mean really they tasted delish :) You guys have to try this for sure. Especially people who miss bread..this is for sure going to satisfy that :)

Ingredients:

250 grams of almond flour ( almond meal )

around 9-10 tbsp of melted salted butter ( increase the butter quantity if needed, untill you get a pan cake batter consistency, eye ball it )

1 tsp baking powder

2 medium sized egg

stevia as per your taste ( you can skip it if you don’t like it , you can add chilli powder if you wanna make it spicy )

2 tbsp fresh milk cream

Process:

Mix all the above ingredients till you get a pan cake batter consistency.

Heat a non stick pan on a medium heat and add 1 tsp butter. Pour the batter with the help of a spoon and spread it as per your choice of shape. It should not be very thick nor very thin. Eye ball it you guys :)

Cook each side till it becomes golden brown as you can see in the above picture and serve it hot with a dollop of butter or fresh cream :)
